Our dispatch team can recommend BLS, ALS, ICU, cardiac or neonatal support after understanding the patient condition, route and required equipment.

In urban areas, the average response time is around 8 to 12 minutes, depending on traffic, distance and availability. We dispatch the nearest suitable vehicle after confirmation.

BLS starts at Rs. 1,500, ALS at Rs. 2,500 and ICU ventilator ambulance service at Rs. 4,500. The final fare depends on distance, equipment and staff requirements and is shared before booking.

ALS and ICU ambulances carry trained paramedic staff. An emergency physician can also be arranged when the patient's condition requires it.
